Shipping & Returns
We at ktmpartsdirect.com want your buying experience to be an enjoyable one, and our staff is here to help ensure that happens. If you receive an item that is defective or mispackaged, please call us at 920.498.2449 during our normal business hours as posted below.
Returns are accepted for size or color exchanges on gear or clothing if original tags are attached. (If a returned item is discontinued or not available, an in-store credit will be issued).
All cancelled orders that are in the processing status or shipped status are subject to a 20% restocking fee for said item or items. This also includes any available special order items that have been ordered . Items that are on backorder status and cancelled will NOT be charged said 20% restock fee.
Item cannot be used, or returned without original packaging. These items will NOT be refunded.
Item must be returned within 14 days of purchase, and in same condition as received.
No returns on electrical items.
"Hard Parts" and "Soft Goods" returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Costs incurred for return shipping to ktmpartsdirect.com will not be refunded unless return call tag for item is submitted by ktmpartsdirect.com.
***PLEASE NOTE*** Oversize items (motorcycle stands, unmbrella's, etc.) or extra heavy items may have additional freight charge added to the order. If there are any ground freight charges on your order and they are greater than $20, we will call you or send an email prior to shipping.
